Drupada’s Alarm and Inquiry Regarding Śikhaṇḍinī (द्रुपदस्य भय-विमर्शः)
यथावृत्तं तु तत् सर्वमाचख्यौ द्रुपदस्य तत् । द्रुपदस्तस्य तच्छुत्वा हर्षमाहारयत् परम्,उसने जैसे जो वृत्तान्त हुआ था, वह सब राजा ट्रपदसे कह सुनाया। उसकी यह बात सुनकर राजा द्रुपदको अपार हर्ष हुआ
yathāvṛttaṃ tu tat sarvam ācakhyau drupadasya tat | drupadas tasya tac chrutvā harṣam āhārayat param ||
Dijo Bhīṣma: «Luego le relató al rey Drupada, tal como había sucedido, todo lo acontecido. Al oír aquellas palabras, Drupada se llenó de una alegría sin límites.»
भीष्म उवाच
Faithful reporting of events—telling matters exactly as they occurred—supports right judgment in political and ethical decisions; truthful narration becomes a basis for dharmic action and rightful alliances.
A messenger or narrator conveys the complete account of events to King Drupada exactly as they happened; upon hearing it, Drupada feels great joy, indicating the news aligns with his hopes or interests in the unfolding political situation.
