शल्य उवाच
The verse emphasizes a cosmological-ethical reassurance: all things naturally return to their own origin, so one should act without fear when moving toward one’s proper element or source; it also highlights the protective and strengthening role of ancient Vedic mantras when properly applied.
Śalya addresses Viśvasāpa, urging him to enter the waters confidently and promising to empower him through time-honored Vedic mantras associated with Brahminical ritual efficacy.
