Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 2 — Yudhiṣṭhira’s Inquiry for His Kin and the Vision of a Punitive Realm
संतिष्ठस्व महाबाहो मुहूर्तमपि भारत । त्वयि तिष्ठति कौरव्य यातनास्मान् न बाधते,“महाबाहु भरतनन्दन! हो सके तो दो घड़ी भी ठहर जाइये | कुरुनन्दन! आपके रहनेसे यहाँकी यातना हमें कष्ट नहीं दे रही है”
saṃtiṣṭhasva mahābāho muhūrtam api bhārata | tvayi tiṣṭhati kauravya yātanāsmān na bādhate ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana dijo: «Oh, de grandes brazos, oh Bhārata, quédate, aunque sea un instante. Oh Kauravya, mientras permanezcas aquí, el tormento de este lugar no nos aflige».
