राजा होवाखिलं लोकं॑ समुदीर्ण समुत्सुकम्‌ । प्रसादयति धर्मेण प्रसाद्य च विराजते

Transliteration

rājā hovākhilaṃ lokaṃ samudīrṇaṃ samutsukam | prasādayati dharmeṇa prasādya ca virājate |

Translation

Vasumanā dijo: El rey, gobernando conforme al dharma, conquista la benevolencia del mundo entero, aun cuando los hombres estén agitados e inquietos por deseos vehementes. Habiéndolos llevado a la satisfacción, él mismo mora en la alegría y resplandece con el esplendor real.
