राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
यदा तु धनधाराभिस्तर्पयत्युपकारिण: । आच्चछिनत्ति च रत्नानि विविधान्यपकारिणाम्
yadā tu dhanadhārābhis tarpayaty upakāriṇaḥ | ācchinatti ca ratnāni vividhāny apakāriṇām ||
Pero cuando un rey sacia a quienes le han prestado servicio con torrentes de riqueza, y confisca los múltiples tesoros de los malhechores, entonces ese protector de la tierra es tenido en este mundo por el propio Kubera: concede bienes a los leales al bien del reino y arrebata la riqueza a quienes obran contra él.
