Dharma is upheld not only by intentions but also by proper preparation and orderly conduct. The careful gathering of prescribed ritual materials reflects reverence for sacred procedure, social responsibility, and the ethical ideal that public acts (like consecrations) should be performed correctly and transparently.
The narrator describes people assembling and bringing specific ritual items—sacred fuel-sticks, honey, ghee, a wooden offering-ladle, and a gold-adorned conch—indicating preparations for a formal rite such as a sacrifice or royal consecration performed according to tradition.
