अथ चिन्तयतस्तस्य कर्णाभ्यां पुरुष: स्मृत: । प्रजासर्गकरो ब्रह्मा तमुवाच जगत्पति:
atha cintayatastasya karṇābhyāṃ puruṣaḥ smṛtaḥ | prajāsargakaro brahmā tamuvāca jagatpatiḥ ||
Mientras él permanecía absorto en su meditación, apareció una Persona, como si fuese recordada y surgiera de sus propios oídos. Era Brahmā, el creador que engendra a los seres; y el Señor del mundo le habló.
