तत्र नित्यं समायान्ति लोकस्य हितकाम्यया । पक्षिराज गरुड उस पर्वतपर नित्य विराजमान होते हैं। चारों लोकपाल, देवता तथा ऋषिगण सम्पूर्ण जगत॒के हितकी कामनासे वहाँ सदा आते रहते हैं
Transliteration
tatra nityaṁ samāyānti lokasya hitakāmyayā |
Translation
Bhīṣma dijo: «Allí, una y otra vez, acuden y se congregan sin cesar, movidos por el deseo de procurar el bien del mundo.» El verso señala un lugar sagrado donde los seres excelsos se reúnen no por provecho propio, sino por deber y benevolencia hacia toda la creación.
