अध्याय २९४ — योगलक्षणम् तथा सांख्यपरिसंख्यानम्
Yoga Definition and Sāṃkhya Enumeration
तस्मिन् हते&थ स्वं भावं प्रत्यपद्यन्त मानवा: । प्रापद्यन्त च वेदान् वै शास्त्राणि च यथा पुरा
tasmin hate ’tha svaṁ bhāvaṁ pratyapadyanta mānavāḥ | prāpadyanta ca vedān vai śāstrāṇi ca yathā purā ||
Cuando hubo sido muerto, la gente volvió entonces a su disposición natural. Una vez más se acogieron a los Vedas y a los tratados de autoridad, como en los tiempos antiguos—restableciendo el viejo orden moral y social cimentado en el saber sagrado.
पराशर उवाच
When the source of disorder is removed, society can recover its innate balance and re-anchor itself in dharma by returning to the guidance of the Vedas and śāstras; ethical life is sustained by recognized sources of authority and disciplined conduct.
Parāśara describes a turning point: after a certain figure is killed, people regain their proper disposition and again follow Vedic and śāstric norms, as in earlier times—signaling the re-establishment of the prior righteous order.
