मृत्योर्ब्रह्मणा नियोजनम् — The Commissioning of Mṛtyu by Brahmā

यदा न कुरुते भावं सर्वभूतेषु पापकम्‌ । कर्मणा मनसा वाचा ब्रद्म सम्पद्यते तदा

yadā na kurute bhāvaṃ sarvabhūteṣu pāpakam | karmaṇā manasā vācā brahma sampadyate tadā ||

Dijo Vyāsa: Cuando una persona no alberga intención pecaminosa alguna contra ningún ser viviente—ni por obra, ni por pensamiento, ni por palabra—entonces, en ese mismo instante, alcanza el estado de Brahman. Esta enseñanza sitúa la no-violencia interior en el corazón de la liberación: la pureza no se mide sólo por los actos, sino por igual por la mente y el habla, y por la actitud universal hacia todas las criaturas.
