Manifest–Unmanifest Discrimination and the Supreme Path of Withdrawal
वासुदेव: परमिदं विश्व॒स्य ब्रह्मणो मुखम् । सत्यं ज्ञानमथो यज्ञस्तितिक्षा दम आर्जवम्
vāsudevaḥ param idaṃ viśvasya brahmaṇo mukham | satyaṃ jñānam atho yajñas titikṣā dama ārjavam |
Bhīṣma dijo: «Vāsudeva es la fuente suprema y el mismo “rostro” —la manifestación más eminente— del universo y de Brahman. La veracidad, el conocimiento espiritual, el sacrificio, la paciencia, el dominio de sí y la rectitud: estas virtudes, y el principio supremo al que señalan, son en esencia el propio Vāsudeva».
