Bhrigu–Bharadvaja Dialogue: A Karma-Based Account of Varṇa
ततः सम्पूजयामास काश्यपो हरिवाहनम् | अनुज्ञातस्तु तेनाथ प्रविवेश स््वमालयम्
tataḥ sampūjayāmāsa kāśyapo harivāhanam | anujñātastu tenātha praviveśa svamālayam ||
Entonces Kaśyapa honró debidamente a Hari, el Señor llevado por Garuḍa. Y, tras recibir Su permiso, Kaśyapa entró luego en su propia morada.
भीष्म उवाच
The verse highlights dharmic etiquette: one should honor a revered being (especially the divine or a guest) and depart only after receiving permission, reflecting humility, gratitude, and disciplined conduct.
Kāśyapa performs due honor to Hari (the Garuḍa-borne Lord). After being granted leave by Him, Kāśyapa returns and enters his own residence.
