Kośa, Bala, and Maryādā: Treasury, Capacity, and Enforceable Limits (कोश-बल-मर्यादा)

नैतौ सम्भवतो राजन्‌ कथंचिदपि पार्थिव । न हारण्येषु पश्यामि धनवृद्धानहं क्वचित्‌

Bhishma dijo: «Oh rey, señor de la tierra: la acumulación de riqueza y el renunciamiento a la riqueza, ambas cosas no pueden habitar a la vez en un mismo hombre. Pues nunca he visto en parte alguna que los grandes ascetas renunciantes, moradores del bosque, prosperen en bienes».
