Duryodhana-vadha-pratikriyā: Harṣa, Nindā, and Kṛṣṇa’s Nīti-vyākhyā (Śalya-parva 60)

तदा विद्यान्मनोग्लानिमाशु शान्तिकरो भवेत्‌ | “अपनी और अपने मित्रकी यदि इसके विपरीत परिस्थिति हो तो मन-ही-मन ग्लानिका अनुभव करना चाहिये और मित्रोंकी उस हानिके निवारणके लिये शीघ्र प्रयत्नशील होना चाहिये

tadā vidyān manoglānim āśu śāntikaro bhavet |

Sañjaya dijo: «En tal momento, uno debe reconocer de inmediato el peso que oprime la mente y, sin demora, volverse artífice de paz, esforzándose con prontitud por evitar el daño que ha surgido, ya sea para uno mismo o para los amigos».
