Legitimate authority is portrayed as something conferred through recognition and responsibility—symbolized by consecration and divine gifts—rather than merely taken by force; power is framed as a delegated trust.
The narrator states that a divine, swan-yoked, mind-swift vehicle—the Puṣpaka vimāna—is bestowed upon a figure, along with a form of sovereignty termed nairṛtaiśvarya, indicating an elevation of status and rule.
