Unrestrained Battle Description and Śakuni’s Rear Assault
विव्याध बहुभि: शूर: शरै: संनतपर्वभि: । दूसरी ओर शूरवीर कृपाचार्यने रणभूमिमें कुपित हो महाबली द्रौपदीपुत्रोंको झुकी हुई गाँठवाले बहुत-से बाणोंद्वारा घायल कर दिया
sañjaya uvāca | vivyādha bahubhiḥ śūraḥ śaraiḥ saṃnataparvabhiḥ |
Dijo Sañjaya: El valiente los atravesó con muchas flechas cuyos nudos estaban doblados hacia abajo. Por el otro lado, el heroico Kṛpācārya—airado en el campo de batalla—hirió a los poderosos hijos de Draupadī con numerosas flechas provistas de nudos inclinados hacia abajo, intensificando el implacable ímpetu de la guerra.
