Śalya-hatānantarāṇi: Madrarāja-padānugānāṃ praskandana and the Pandava counter-encirclement (शल्यहतानन्तराणि—मद्रराजपदानुगानां प्रस्कन्दनम्)
तत् कर्म भीमस्य समीक्ष्य हृष्टा- स््ते पाण्डवानां प्रवरा रथौघा: । नादं च चक्रुर्भुशमुत्स्मयन्तः शड्खांश्व दध्मु: शशिसंनिकाशान्
tat karma bhīmasya samīkṣya hṛṣṭās te pāṇḍavānāṁ pravarā rathaughāḥ | nādaṁ ca cakrur bhuśam utsmayantaḥ śaṅkhāṁś ca dadhmuḥ śaśi-sannikāśān ||
Dijo Sañjaya: Al ver aquella hazaña de Bhīma, los más insignes guerreros de carros de los Pāṇḍava se colmaron de júbilo. Sonriendo ampliamente, lanzaron un gran clamor y soplaron sus caracolas, brillantes como la luna: una señal exultante de valor renovado y de unidad en medio de la tensión de la batalla.
