वेत्थ त्वं तात धर्माणां गतिं सूक्ष्मां युधिष्ठिर । विनीतो$सि महाप्राज्ञ वृद्धानां पर्युपासिता
vettha tvaṃ tāta dharmāṇāṃ gatiṃ sūkṣmāṃ yudhiṣṭhira | vinīto 'si mahāprājña vṛddhānāṃ paryupāsitaḥ ||
«Hijo querido, Yudhiṣṭhira, conoces el curso sutil y el verdadero sentido del dharma. Eres disciplinado y bien formado, de gran sabiduría, y has servido y atendido con respeto a los ancianos».
युधिछिर उवाच
Dharma is subtle and difficult to judge in practice; true discernment of it is linked with personal discipline and the formative influence of respectfully serving elders and learning from their lived wisdom.
