राजसूयविचारः — Deliberation on the Rajasuya and the Summoning of Kṛṣṇa
समर्थोडसि महीं जेतुं भ्रातरस्ते स्थिता वशे । राजसूयं क्रतुश्रेष्ठमाहरस्वेति भारत
samartho 'si mahīṁ jetuṁ bhrātaras te sthitā vaśe | rājasūyaṁ kratuśreṣṭham āharasveti bhārata ||
Dijo Nārada: «¡Oh Bhārata! Eres capaz de conquistar toda la tierra. Tus hermanos están bajo tu mando. Por tanto, emprende el Rājasūya, el más excelso de los sacrificios reales».
नारद उवाच
Legitimate rule is not merely conquest but dharmically ordered sovereignty: unity and obedience within the royal household, followed by a public, ritually sanctioned assertion of kingship through the Rājasūya.
Nārada addresses Yudhiṣṭhira, affirming his capability and the loyalty of his brothers, and urges him to perform the Rājasūya sacrifice—an act that formally proclaims imperial status and sets the stage for wider political developments.
