Educational Q&A

Even in war, outcomes are shaped not only by strength but by inner order—discipline, unity, and righteous purpose. When fear and confusion spread, an army’s power dissolves; the episode underscores how adharma and poor leadership can precipitate collective collapse.

This is the chapter-ending colophon: it announces that the ninety-third chapter of the Karṇa Parva has concluded, and that its subject is the flight/rout of the Kaurava forces.
