तस्थौ सुविह्वल: संख्ये प्रहारजनितश्रम: । अथ द्रोणस्य समरे तत्कालसदृशं तदा
tasthau suvihvalaḥ saṅkhye prahārajanitaśramaḥ | atha droṇasya samare tatkālasadṛśaṃ tadā
Dijo Sañjaya: En lo más recio de la batalla, permaneció en pie, completamente sacudido, agotado por el cansancio nacido de los golpes repetidos. Entonces, en aquel combate, ocurrió un suceso que pareció la misma llegada de la Muerte en ese instante: un giro ominoso en la contienda.
