न त्वेव भीता: पंचाला: कथंचित् स्यु: पराड्मुखा: । न हि मृत्युं महेष्वासा गणयन्ति महारणे
na tveva bhītāḥ pañcālāḥ kathaṃcit syuḥ parāṅmukhāḥ | na hi mṛtyuṃ maheṣvāsā gaṇayanti mahāraṇe ||
Sañjaya dijo: «Sin embargo, los pañcālas no sienten miedo; de ningún modo volverán el rostro para huir del combate. Esos grandes arqueros, en el vasto fragor de la batalla, no cuentan la muerte como cosa alguna.»
