अष्टरल्निर्महाबाहुर्व्यूढोरस्क: सुदुर्जय: । अभिमानी च शूरश्व प्रवीर: प्रियदर्शन:
sañjaya uvāca |
aṣṭaralnir mahābāhur vyūḍhoraskaḥ sudurjayaḥ |
abhimānī ca śūraś ca pravīraḥ priyadarśanaḥ |
prayāhi śīghraṃ govinda sūtaputra-jighāṃsayā ||
Dijo Sañjaya: «Es de brazos poderosos, de pecho ancho, dispuesto en formación de batalla, dificilísimo de vencer; orgulloso, valiente, héroe preeminente y grato a la vista. Ve deprisa, oh Govinda, con la resolución de matar al hijo del auriga».
