आनकानां च राधेय मृदड़ानां च सर्वशः । “राधानन्दन! सब ओर शंखों, ढोलों और मृदंगोंकी रोमांचकारी तुमुल ध्वनि सुनायी दे रही है
ānakānāṃ ca rāḍheya mṛdaṅgānāṃ ca sarvaśaḥ |
Sañjaya dijo: «Oh Rādheya (hijo de Rādhā), por todas partes se oye el sonido estremecedor y tumultuoso de los instrumentos de guerra—caracolas, timbales y mṛdaṅgas—señal del ardor creciente de los ejércitos y del choque inminente».
