कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
बभाषे च तदा स्थाणुमारोहेति सुरोत्तम: | तत्पश्चात् वायुके समान तीव्रगतिवाले उन घोड़ोंको उठाकर सुरश्रेष्ठ भगवान् ब्रह्माने महादेवजीसे कहा--'अब आप रथपर आरूढ़ होइये'
babhāṣe ca tadā sthāṇum āroheti surottamaḥ | tatpaścāt vāyukesamānān tīvragativataḥ aśvān utthāpya suraśreṣṭho bhagavān brahmā mahādevam uvāca—“idānīṃ tvaṃ ratham āroha” ||
Entonces el más excelso de los dioses habló: «Oh Sthāṇu (Śiva), sube al carro». Después, Brahmā, el mejor entre los celestiales, al alzar y disponer aquellos caballos veloces como el viento, se dirigió a Mahādeva: «Ahora, asciende al carro».
पितामह उवाच
Even in extreme conflict, power is meant to be exercised within order and duty: divine beings coordinate through clear instruction and disciplined action, suggesting that rightful conduct (dharma as order) governs effective intervention.
Brahmā addresses Śiva (called Sthāṇu/Mahādeva), urging him to mount the chariot; Brahmā then readies the wind-swift horses and again instructs Śiva to ascend, indicating immediate preparation for action in the war context.
