नते निन्द्या: प्रशस्यास्ते यत्ते चक्रुर्ब्रवीहि तत् ततो दुर्योधन: सूत पश्चात् किमकरोत् तदा
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | na te nindyāḥ praśasyās te yat te cakrur bravīhi tat | tato duryodhanaḥ sūta paścāt kim akarot tadā ||
Dijo Dhṛtarāṣṭra: «Por ello, esos hombres—sean soldados o reyes de nuestro bando—no merecen censura; son dignos de alabanza. Dime qué hicieron. Y luego, oh Sūta, cuando Duryodhana regresó al campamento del ejército, ¿qué hizo entonces?»
