एवमुक्तस्तदा पार्थ: केशवेन महात्मना । भगदत्तं शितैर्बाणै: सहसा समवाकिरत्,महात्मा केशवके ऐसा कहनेपर कुन्तीकुमार अर्जुन उसी समय भगदत्तपर सहसा पैने बाणोंकी वर्षा करने लगे
evam uktaḥ tadā pārthaḥ keśavena mahātmanā | bhagadattaṃ śitaiḥ bāṇaiḥ sahasā samavākirat ||
Sañjaya dijo: Así interpelado en aquel instante por el magnánimo Keśava, Pārtha (Arjuna), hijo de Kuntī, al punto cubrió a Bhagadatta con una súbita lluvia de flechas agudas.
