Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | kāñcanāḥ kāñcanapīḍāḥ kāñcanasragalaṅkṛtāḥ | kāñcanānīva śṛṅgāṇi kāñcanasya mahāgireḥ ||

Translation

Sañjaya dijo: «Eran de oro, coronados con remates de oro y adornados con guirnaldas de oro. Resplandecían como las cumbres doradas de una gran montaña, como las radiantes cimas del gran monte áureo Sumeru.»
