भीष्मस्य दुर्योधनं प्रति उपालम्भः

Bhīṣma’s Reproof to Duryodhana

राक्षसानां च राजेन्द्र दुर्योधनबलस्य च । राजेन्द्र! फिर तो दुर्योधनकी सेना तथा राक्षसोंमें भयंकर एवं रोमांचकारी युद्ध होने लगा

rākṣasānāṃ ca rājendra duryodhana-balasya ca |

Sañjaya dijo: «Oh rey, estalló entonces una batalla feroz y sobrecogedora entre los Rākṣasas y el ejército de Duryodhana.» El verso subraya que, en el caos de la guerra, incluso fuerzas aliadas pueden verse empujadas a un choque violento, revelando el desorden moral que acompaña a la ambición guiada por el adharma.
