Makara-vyūha and Krauñca-prativyūha at Sunrise (मकरव्यूहः क्रौञ्चप्रतिव्यूहश्च)

पूर्वे प्रजानिसगे च दक्षमाहु: प्रजापतिम्‌ । स्रष्टारं सर्वलोकानामजझ्िस्त्वां तथाब्रवीत्‌,“प्रथम प्रजासृष्टिके समय आपको ही दक्ष प्रजापति कहा गया है। आप ही सम्पूर्ण लोकोंके स्रष्टा हैं--इस प्रकार अंगिरा मुनि आपके विषयमें कहते हैं

pūrve prajānisarge ca dakṣam āhuḥ prajāpatiṃ | sraṣṭāraṃ sarvalokānām aṅgirāstvāṃ tathābravīt ||

Bhīṣma dijo: «En la edad primera, en la creación inicial de los seres, fuiste proclamado Dakṣa, el Señor de las Criaturas (Prajāpati). Aṅgiras también te declara creador de todos los mundos.»
