Kṛṣṇa’s Departure, Auspicious Omens, and the Opening of the Uttaṅka Dialogue (कृष्णप्रयाण-निमित्त-उत्तङ्कसंवाद-प्रारम्भः)
(परिष्वज्य महात्मान वैश्यापुत्रं महारथम् ।) तैः सार्थ नृपतिं वृद्ध ततस्तौ पर्युपासताम् । फिर विदुरजीसे मिलकर उनका कुशल-मंगल पूछा। इसके बाद वैश्यापुत्र महारथी महामना युयुत्सुको भी हृदयसे लगाया। तत्पश्चात् उन सबके साथ वे दोनों बूढ़े राजा धृतराष्ट्रके पास जा बैठे
parisvajya mahātmānaṁ vaiśyāputraṁ mahāratham | taiḥ sārthaṁ nṛpatiṁ vṛddhaṁ tatastau paryupāsatām ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Tras abrazar de corazón a Yuyutsu, el magnánimo y poderoso guerrero de carro, hijo de un vaiśya, aquellos dos fueron con los demás hacia el anciano rey y se sentaron cerca de él, en actitud de servicio.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even after conflict, dharma is expressed through reconciliation, affectionate regard for the righteous, and respectful attendance upon elders and rulers—restoring social and moral order.
The narrating sage describes how the two persons in focus embrace Yuyutsu and then, along with the others, approach the aged king Dhṛtarāṣṭra and sit near him in respectful attendance.
