उपपत्तिं तु वक्ष्यामि गर्भस्याहमत: परम् । तथा तनन््मे निगदतः: शृणुष्वावहितो द्विज
upapattiṁ tu vakṣyāmi garbhasyāham ataḥ param | tathā tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇuṣvāvahito dvija ||
El Siddha dijo: «Ahora explicaré, en el debido orden, cómo el ser encarnado llega a tomar forma en el seno materno y avanza hacia el nacimiento. Oh brahmán, escucha con la mente recogida y atenta mientras expongo este relato».
