Vyāsa’s Inquiry into Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Tapas and the Identification of Vidura with Dharma
स चास्य सम्यड्मेधावी प्रत्यपद्यत वीर्यवान् । इसके बाद राजा धृतराष्ट्रने बलवानोंमें श्रेष्ठ भीमसेनको सान्त्वना दी। बुद्धिमान् एवं पराक्रमी भीमसेनने भी उनकी बातोंको यथार्थरूपसे ग्रहण किया--हृदयसे स्वीकार किया
sa cāsya samyaṅ-medhāvī pratyapadyata vīryavān |
Y él—sabio en entendimiento y poderoso en fuerza—aceptó de veras las palabras de Dhṛtarāṣṭra. Luego el rey Dhṛtarāṣṭra consoló a Bhīmasena, el primero entre los fuertes; y Bhīmasena, inteligente y valeroso, recibió aquel consejo tal como era, guardándolo en el corazón. El pasaje subraya el movimiento ético que va del duelo y el conflicto hacia la reconciliación, mediante la aceptación respetuosa de la guía de un anciano.
