अनुजज्ञे स कौरव्यमभिनन्द्य युधिष्ठटिरम्‌ । महात्मा धर्मराजके ऐसा कहनेपर राजर्षि धृतराष्ट्रने कुरुनन्दन युधिष्ठिरका अभिनन्दन करके उन्हें जानेकी आज्ञा दे दी

Transliteration

anujajñe sa kauravyam abhinandya yudhiṣṭhiram | mahātmā dharmarājasyaivaṃ kahanepara rājarṣi dhṛtarāṣṭreṇa kurunandana-yudhiṣṭhirasya abhinandanaṃ kṛtvā tasya gamanāya ājñā dattā |

Translation

Tras alabar a Yudhiṣṭhira, descendiente de Kuru, el sabio real Dhṛtarāṣṭra le concedió permiso para partir. Así, en respuesta a las palabras del magnánimo Dharma-rāja, Dhṛtarāṣṭra lo honró y le permitió marcharse de manera formal: un acto que reflejaba cortesía, dominio de sí y la debida observancia del dharma aun al final de la vida.
