इत्युक्त: स नृपो देव्या द्रौपद्या भरतर्षभ । सेनाध्यक्षान् समानाय्य सर्वानिदमुवाच ह,'भरतभूषण! द्रौपदीदेवीके ऐसा कहनेपर राजा युधिष्ठिरने समस्त सेनापतियोंको बुलाकर कहा--
ity uktaḥ sa nṛpo devyā draupadyā bharatarṣabha | senādhyakṣān samānāyya sarvān idam uvāca ha ||
Vaiśampāyana dijo: Así interpelado por la reina Draupadī, aquel rey—oh toro entre los Bhāratas—convocó a todos los comandantes del ejército y luego les dirigió estas palabras.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
A righteous ruler responds to counsel with disciplined action: Yudhiṣṭhira does not act impulsively but convenes responsible officers, showing governance through consultation, order, and accountability.
After Draupadī speaks to him, Yudhiṣṭhira calls together all the army commanders and prepares to address them, marking a transition from private counsel to public, organized decision-making.
