Chapter 34

नित्यं शमपरा ये च तथा ये चानसूयका: । नित्यस्वाध्यायिनो ये च दुर्गाण्यतितरन्ति ते

nityaṁ śamaparā ye ca tathā ye cānāsūyakāḥ | nityasvādhyāyino ye ca durgāṇy atitaranti te ||

Dijo Nārada: Quienes se consagran siempre a la calma interior, quienes están libres de censura y envidia, y quienes cada día se entregan al autoestudio de la enseñanza sagrada, esos cruzan los tramos difíciles y superan los tiempos de peligro.
