On Those Worthy of Honor and Salutation
अन््यं वरं वृणीष्व त्वं दुर्लभो5यं हि ते वर: । अत: जिनका मन अपने वशमें नहीं है
śakra uvāca | anyaṃ varaṃ vṛṇīṣva tvaṃ durlabho ’yaṃ hi te varaḥ |
Dijo Śakra: “Elige otro don. El don que buscas es, en verdad, difícil de obtener para ti. Por ello, abandona la insistencia en alcanzar el brahmanato—algo por completo inalcanzable para quienes no tienen su mente bajo dominio—y pide un don distinto. Este don es, para ti, ciertamente raro.”
