Marks of a Worthy Recipient and Stable Criteria of Dharma
गृहमागत्य विश्रान्त: स्वजनं परिपृच्छय च । अभ्यगच्छच्च तं विप्रं न््यायत: कुरुनन्दन,कुरुनन्दन! घर आकर उन्होंने विश्राम किया और स्वजनोंसे पूछकर वे न्यायानुसार फिर ब्राह्मण वदान्यके घर गये
gṛham āgatya viśrāntaḥ svajanaṃ paripṛcchya ca | abhyagacchac ca taṃ vipraṃ nyāyataḥ kurunandana ||
Bhishma dijo: Habiendo regresado a casa y descansado, y tras consultar a los suyos, volvió a ir—conforme a lo justo—a aquel brahmán, oh alegría de los Kurus. El verso subraya un retorno deliberado a la recta conducta: el reposo y la consulta preceden a la elección consciente de proceder con equidad y decoro hacia el huésped erudito.
