बहुप्रसाद: सुस्वप्नो दर्पणो<थ त्वमित्रजित् । वेदकारो मन्त्रकारो विद्वान् समरमर्दन:
vāyudeva uvāca | bahuprasādaḥ susvapno darpaṇo 'tha tvamitrajit | vedakāro mantrakāro vidvān samaramardanaḥ ||
Dijo Vāyu: «Tú otorgas gracia abundante; tienes sueños auspiciosos; eres claro como un espejo; eres el vencedor de los enemigos. Eres el hacedor de los Vedas, el revelador de los mantras, el omnisciente, y el que aplasta a los adversarios en el campo de batalla».
