बन्धनो बन्धकर्ता च सुबन्धनविमोचन: । सयज्ञारि: सकामारिर्महादंष्टी महायुध:

Transliteration

bandhano bandhakartā ca subandhanavimocanaḥ | sayajñāriḥ sakāmārir mahādaṃṣṭī mahāyudhaḥ ||

Translation

Dijo Vāyu-deva: «Él es el mismo Cautiverio y también el Hacedor del cautiverio; y, sin embargo, es el Libertador de las ataduras más ceñidas. Se alinea con quienes se oponen al sacrificio (yajña) de Dakṣa, y con quienes han vencido el deseo. Es el de Grandes Colmillos y el Portador de armas poderosas».
