भीष्म उवाच धर्मस्य द्वियमाणस्य बलवद्/िद्दुरात्मभि: । यद्येवं मन्यसे राजंस्त्रिधा धर्मविचारणा
bhīṣma uvāca | dharmasya dvyamāṇasya balavad durātmabhiḥ | yady evaṃ manyase rājan tridhā dharmavicāraṇā ||
Bhishma dijo: «Oh rey, si piensas que el dharma, cuando es atacado y menguado por hombres malvados y poderosos, se divide, y que por ello la indagación sobre el dharma es triple, esa opinión no es correcta. En verdad, el dharma es uno; se lo examina de tres maneras: se lo escruta mediante tres criterios».
