मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
त्रयोदशे तु दिवसे प्राप्ते यः प्राशते हवि: । सदा द्वादशमासान् वै देवसत्रफलं लभेत्
trayodaśe tu divase prāpte yaḥ prāśate haviḥ | sadā dvādaśamāsān vai devasatraphalaṃ labhet ||
Bhīṣma explica: «Si, en el decimotercer día, cuando llega el tiempo prescrito, una persona participa del havi—la oblación del sacrificio—, entonces durante los doce meses enteros obtiene de continuo el mérito equivalente a un Deva-satra, un rito prolongado realizado para los dioses.»
