लोम्नां प्रमाणेन सम॑ ब्रह्मलोके महीयते । वह मनुष्य दो पताका (महापद्मा)

Transliteration

lomnāṁ pramāṇena samaṁ brahmaloke mahīyate |

Translation

Bhishma dice: Se honra a alguien en Brahmaloka por un lapso medido por el número de cabellos (lomāni), es decir, por tantos años como pelos haya en la colección de pieles indicada, lo que señala una recompensa extraordinariamente larga, nacida del mérito, en la más alta morada celeste.
