Jaratkāru’s Marital Compact and Departure (जरत्कारु–जरत्कारुणी संवादः)
अड्कुरं कृतवांस्तत्र ततः पर्णद्वयान्वितम् । पलाशिनं शाखिनं च तथा विटपिनं पुन:
aṅkuraṃ kṛtavāṃs tatra tataḥ parṇadvayānvitam | palāśinaṃ śākhinaṃ ca tathā viṭapinaṃ punaḥ ||
Dijo Kāśyapa: “Allí hizo brotar un retoño nuevo; luego lo proveyó de un par de hojas. Y en orden, paso a paso, lo restauró de nuevo—primero con follaje tierno, después con ramas, y luego con ramajes extendidos—hasta que el gran árbol quedó en pie como antes.”
