vicitra-phala-puṣpābhivana-rājibhir āvṛtam | bhavanair āvṛtaṁ ramyais tathā padmākarair api ||
Dijo Bhīṣma: Aquel bosque divino estaba ceñido por franjas de selva espesa, colmada de frutos y flores de múltiples colores. Y por doquier se veía aún más engalanado con numerosas mansiones deleitosas y con lagos rebosantes de lotos: una imagen de belleza ordenada y de prosperidad auspiciosa, que enmarca la escena en una atmósfera dhármica, semejante al cielo.
पितामह उवाच

Bhīṣma is describing a wondrous woodland scene: it is ringed by forest tracts laden with flowers and fruits and is further surrounded by charming buildings and lotus-filled waters, establishing the setting’s splendor and sanctity.
