Suta Goswami (narrating yuga-dharma to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It frames Kṛta Yuga as an age of minimal bondage (pāśa) for the pashu (soul), implying that worship and dharma are naturally steady—supporting the Linga Purana theme that proximity to Shiva (Pati) reduces repeated birth.
By attributing birth and departure to yuga-law, it implies a cosmic governance beyond individual whim—consistent with Shiva-tattva as Pati, the supreme regulator in whom time (kāla) and its orders rest.
No specific puja-vidhi is stated; the takeaway is yama-niyama-like purity and steadiness typical of Kṛta Yuga, which aligns with Pāśupata-oriented self-restraint that weakens pāśa and supports liberation.
