Adhyaya 73 — त्रिपुरदाहे ब्रह्मस्तवः
Brahmā’s Hymn in the Context of Tripura’s Burning
प्राणायामैः समायुक्तैः पञ्चभिः सुरपुङ्गवाः चतुर्भिः प्रणवैश्चैव प्राणायामपरायणैः
prāṇāyāmaiḥ samāyuktaiḥ pañcabhiḥ surapuṅgavāḥ caturbhiḥ praṇavaiścaiva prāṇāyāmaparāyaṇaiḥ
Oh excelso entre los dioses, debe uno ejercitarse debidamente en cinco prāṇāyāmas regulados, y asimismo en cuatro recitaciones del Praṇava (Oṁ), permaneciendo enteramente entregado al prāṇāyāma. Por tal disciplina yóguica se refina el paśu (alma atada), se debilita el pāśa (atadura) y se cultiva la aptitud para la gracia de Pati (Śiva).
