युगधर्मवर्णनम् — चतुर्युग, गुण, धर्मपाद, तथा वार्तोत्पत्ति

प्रादुरासंस्तदा तासां वृक्षास्ते गृहसंज्ञिताः सर्ववृत्त्युपभोगस्तु तासां तेभ्यः प्रजायते
Transliteration
prādurāsaṃstadā tāsāṃ vṛkṣāste gṛhasaṃjñitāḥ sarvavṛttyupabhogastu tāsāṃ tebhyaḥ prajāyate
Translation
Entonces se manifestaron para ellos aquellos árboles, conocidos como “casas”; y de ellos nació para esos seres el disfrute de todos los medios de sustento—alimento y uso—según el modo de existencia que les fue ordenado.
