दन्दशूकादय: सर्पा राजन् क्रोधवशात्मजा: । इलाया भूरुहा: सर्वे यातुधानाश्च सौरसा: ॥ २८ ॥

Transliteration

dandaśūkādayaḥ sarpā rājan krodhavaśātmajāḥ ilāyā bhūruhāḥ sarve yātudhānāś ca saurasāḥ

Translation

Oh rey, los hijos de Krodhavaśā fueron las serpientes llamadas dandaśūka, así como otras serpientes y también mosquitos e insectos. Del vientre de Ilā nacieron todas las enredaderas, árboles y plantas. Del vientre de Surasā nacieron los yātudhānas: rākṣasas y espíritus malignos.
