Ambarīṣa’s Prayers to Sudarśana and the Deliverance of Durvāsā

तस्य सोद्यममावीक्ष्य पादस्पर्शविलज्जित: । अस्तावीत् तद्धरेरस्त्रं कृपया पीडितो भृशम् ॥ २ ॥

Transliteration

tasya sodyamam āvīkṣya pāda-sparśa-vilajjitaḥ astāvīt tad dharer astraṁ kṛpayā pīḍito bhṛśam

Translation

Cuando Durvāsā tocó sus pies de loto, Mahārāja Ambarīṣa se sintió muy avergonzado; y al ver al muni intentar orar, por compasión se afligió aún más. Entonces comenzó de inmediato a ofrecer alabanzas al gran arma del Señor Hari, el Sudarśana.
